Description

A highly prized product, born and selected by the refined taste of the Russian Tsars, who preferred this oyster for their tastings, famously together with caviar. This predilection led the producers to create an oyster with a particularly balanced taste and distinctly light flesh, which does not fill the palate in an aggressive and persistent way.
